A machine answers questions about your material. You cannot show how much of your material is in the answer.

Answer-Reproduction Risk Audit

The problem

Automated answers increasingly restate source material rather than point to it. Whether that restatement reproduces protected expression is an evidentiary question, and it is being asked before anyone has measured it.

What the reading shows

  • What was reproduced in the observed sample under the disclosed protocol.
  • Whether reproduction appeared at the level of expression or of fact.
  • A sealed, stranger-verifiable record of each observed answer.

What it does not establish

  • Whether any reproduction is infringing, fair, or actionable.
  • Any claim that a named system is unlawful, deceptive, or unreliable.

An X'am makes no claim about legality, compliance, insurance coverage, or causation, and makes no claim that any named subject is unlawful, noncompliant, deceptive, unreliable, unsafe, or ineffective.

Where this door goes

Path: M01

The twelve are doors into one nine-module instrument, not twelve separate products. Every engagement begins with the sealed M01 baseline; the modules enter only where the defined question requires them.

M02, M03, M04 and M09 consume M01. M05-M08 require M03. M03 requires M02. M02 requires M01.

Module composition is how the work is built, not how it is priced or sold. There is one way in and it is the briefing.
