Any audit or work we perform is governed by a separately executed engagement agreement. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

The commercial terms that govern any exam — fee structure, cancellation, remediation, and our independence obligations — are published at Engagement Terms.

All content, marks, and methodology on this site — the writing, the brand, the Fyul X'am method and everything around it — are reserved to Jet Fyul Dynamics LLC. Nothing here grants you a license to use them.
