Post-Notice Suspension and Preservation Audit

The problem

After a notice, two things must be true and provable: the collection it named stopped, and the material it named was preserved. Both are usually asserted from memory weeks later.

What the reading shows

• Whether collection resolved to a suspension after the notice, in the observed sample.
• Whether preservation held across the scoped material.
• A sealed record fixed at the time of reading rather than reconstructed.

What it does not establish

• That the notice was valid or that any obligation was triggered.
• That suspension held outside the scope actually read.
