The problem

A public claim about measurement, coverage, or performance has been made. The request that follows is for the evidence underneath it — assembled under a protocol disclosed before the measurement, not after the challenge.

What the reading shows

• Which published claims were validated against an observed baseline.
• The disclosed protocol, denominator, and disagreement metric behind each.
• Which claims were not substantiated in this sample.

What it does not establish

• That any claim is lawful advertising or regulator-approved.
• That an unsubstantiated claim is therefore false — absence of substantiation is not proof of the negative.
