What the reading shows

• What categories of material were collected under the disclosed protocol.
• Whether collection exceeded the disclosed purpose in the observed sample.
• Where minimization held and where it was not observed.

What it does not establish

• Compliance with any privacy statute, framework, or regulator expectation.
• That the sample generalizes to collection we did not observe.
