The problem

Some organizations do not need a reading taken for them — they need the instrument. The sealed-receipt rail is the mechanism that fixes a record before anyone looks and lets a stranger verify it afterward.

What the reading shows

  • The pre-registration, sealing, and timestamp mechanism as licensed.
  • The verification path a third party follows without trusting the issuer.
  • The boundary conditions under which a seal is corrected, retired, or void.

What it does not establish

  • That a licensed seal carries our attestation of your findings.
  • Any legality, compliance, or coverage position for the licensee.

The twelve are doors into one nine-module instrument, not twelve separate products. Every engagement begins with the sealed M01 baseline; the modules enter only where the defined question requires them.

M02, M03, M04 and M09 consume M01. M05-M08 require M03. M03 requires M02. M02 requires M01.

The Sealed-Receipt Rail is a licensed rail, not an FUA module. It supports sealed records of the kind M01 and M09 produce, and a licensee's sealed record is not a JFD independence certificate.
